TERAMOK Group Merges US-Greece Operations to Boost International Real Estate Marketing

Date:

TERAMOK Group is consolidating its operations in the United States and Greece into a single organizational framework to enhance cross-border real estate investments between the two nations. This strategic move merges TERAMOK LLC based in Chicago with TERAMOK Advertising Agency IKE in Athens, forming a cohesive real estate marketing network. The newly integrated entity aims to serve a diverse clientele, including developers, architecture firms, construction companies, brokerages, and business clients, by providing seamless marketing support.

The company’s unified structure is specifically designed to assist Greek real estate developers in attracting American investors, while also offering U.S. buyers valuable localized marketing insights and expertise regarding the Greek property market. Since its inception in 2019, TERAMOK has collaborated with over 50 brands, orchestrating marketing campaigns that have garnered more than 100 million content views and spotlighted real estate projects worth upwards of €2.3 billion.

TERAMOK offers a range of in-house services such as branding, web development, search engine optimization (SEO), AI search optimization, digital advertising, and cinema-grade video production utilizing advanced professional camera systems and drone technology. These capabilities are designed to elevate the marketing initiatives of their clients, ensuring comprehensive and effective promotional strategies.

In Athens, TERAMOK’s team caters to clients within Greece’s bustling real estate and architecture sectors. Meanwhile, the Chicago office is dedicated to supporting developers and architecture firms in the United States, focusing particularly on pre-construction and property marketing campaigns. This dual-location approach allows TERAMOK to leverage its expertise across both markets efficiently.

The integration into a unified structure is expected to streamline cross-border marketing efforts, enabling clients to work with a single team for their needs. This organizational alignment is anticipated to foster increased investment activity between the U.S. and Greece, providing a robust platform for growth in the interconnected real estate markets.
